This is a commercial port but now has one new marina. It is still under construction (Dec 2011), but has showers, laundry, docks, electricity and water.
Daily rate of US$0.65/ft for monohulls and US$0.85/ft for multihulls. Supposedly to go up soon. Better prices for longer terms.

Friends
Dino is the dude. He will come to the marina and do your entry paperwork for US$50 and help with anything else. Speaks excellent English and Spanish.
He says, "Don't think of me as your agent. Think of me as your friend in Santa Marta who is available 24 hours per day to assist with anything, absolutely anything."
