Zelenika is hardly a harbor. It is just a vertical quay.

Zelenika is the first port of entry for a yacht entering [[Montenegro]] from N, lying in the outer bay, the Hercegnovski Zaliv, of the Gulf of [[Kotor]], around 1.5 miles E of the harbour of [[Herceg Novi]].  The customs quay here is open 24 hours a day during the summer and daily from 0700 to 1900 outside the season.  All formalities can be completed here, including purchasing a vignette (cruising permit).  The quay is high and fendered with big black fenders and is not a place to linger,  especially in bad weather. In strong southerly winds, the quay is actually dangerous, and in such conditions the harbour authorities should be conacted by telephone  (382 31 6782760) for permission to clear in at [[Kotor]] or [[Porto Montenegro]] instead.
