• Campbell River Airport (YBL IATA)
• Ferries - several ferry companies service most ports of the island
• The Island Corridor Foundation (ICF), is a federally registered charity, was established in 2006 for the purposes of owning and managing the former Esquimalt and Nanaimo Railway (E&N) Corridor on Vancouver Island
• There is one major north-south highway system on the island, which runs along its eastern side.
